Anthony Orso

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Anthony Orso is Chief Executive Officer of Cantor Commercial Real Estate. Previously, Mr. Orso was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and Co-Head of the Credit Suisse Real Estate Direct Group where he was responsible for over $100 billion in North American real estate loan origination and over $30 billion of high yield real estate debt and equity distribution. Mr. Orso oversaw the expansion of the business in the US, Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, with offices in Dubai and Mexico City. Mr. Orso has also held senior-level real estate positions at APC Realty Advisors, Chemical Bank, Boston Properties, and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Orso also serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York.

Mr. Orso is a graduate of Columbia Business School where he received an MBA in Finance, and St. John's University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Steven Kantor

Executive Managing Director & Co-Founder

Steven L. Kantor is Chairman of Cantor Commercial Real Estate

He previously served as an Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. Prior to joining CF&CO, Mr. Kantor served as Managing Director of Credit Suisse based in New York. He was a Head of Global Securities with senior management responsibilities in the Asset Management, Fixed Income, and Investment Banking departments. He was Co-Head of Credit Suisse's Illiquid Alternatives business, Head of Credit Products, Head of Commercial Real Estate, and Head of the Private Placements Group.

Mr. Kantor sat on the Investment Bank Management Committee, the Capital and Risk Management Committee (CARMC), the Fixed Income Operating Committee, the Asset Management Committee, and the IBD Operating Committee.

Mr. Kantor joined Credit Suisse First Boston in November 2000 when the Firm merged with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was a Managing Director and Head of DLJ's Investment Banking, Finance, and Origination Groups within Real Estate.

Mr. Kantor joined DLJ in 1995 from Paine Webber, where he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking division with responsibility for the Real Estate Business. Previously, Mr. Kantor was with Drexel Burnham Lambert's Corporate Finance division for five years. During his career, Mr. Kantor has raised over $40 billion for REITs and other real estate companies and has overseen the origination of more than $300 billion in commercial mortgage loans. Mr. Kantor is a graduate of Syracuse University and he received a J.D. from the American University in Washington DC.

Michael Lehrman

Executive Managing Director & Co-Founder

Michael Lehrman is an Executive Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Merchant Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.

Prior to joining CF&CO, Mr. Lehrman was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, and Co-Head of the Credit Suisse Real Estate Direct Group where he was responsible for over $100 billion in North American real estate loan origination and over $30 billion of high yield real estate debt and equity distribution. Mr. Lehrman oversaw the expansion of the business in the US, Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, with offices in Dubai and Mexico City.

Mr. Lehrman is a graduate of Columbia Business School where he received an MBA in both Real Estate and Finance, New York University where he received a diploma in Real Estate, and Carnegie Mellon University where he received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Industrial Management and Managerial Economics.

Michael May

SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Michael May is a Senior Managing Director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate. Previously, Mr. May was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse where he was a senior member of the Real Estate Finance Group. In this capacity, he oversaw West Coast and Latin American operations for the group including the origination and distribution of CMBS and other real estate related products. In his 12 years at Credit Suisse, Mr. May led the origination of more than $20.0 billion in financings.

He innovated numerous CMBS products including the securitization structures for condominiums, construction projects, ski mountains and casinos. Mr. May joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1997. Prior to this, he focused on the acquisition of subordinated CMBS and the structured distribution of whole loans, real estate and equity at General Electric Capital Corporation.

Mr. May previously spent 7 years at Arthur Andersen and Co. in the Real Estate Consulting Practice. His work in the US, Europe, and Latin America included appraisal, feasibility analysis, loan valuation, securitization, and workouts. Mr. May holds a BA in Psychology and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Lawrence Britvan

SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Lawrence Britvan is a Senior Managing Director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Britvan joined in 2009 from Credit Suisse where he was a senior member of the Real Estate Finance Group from 2005 to 2009. In this capacity, Mr. Britvan managed the origination, pricing, structuring, closing, syndication, and securitization of large fixed and floating rate mortgage loans and mezzanine loans throughout the world.

At Credit Suisse, Mr. Britvan was also active in real estate equity investments and asset management activities including the investment and development of more than $2.0 billion of hotel and casino construction and redevelopment projects throughout the United States.

From 1996 until 2004, Mr. Britvan worked as an attorney whose practice was focused on real estate finance. Mr. Britvan is a graduate of Cardozo Law School where he received a JD, and the State University of New York at Albany where he received a BA in Political Science.

Peter Scola

SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Peter Scola is a Senior Managing Director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining CF&CO Mr. Scola worked on the acquisition of distressed commercial real estate debt for a New York City real estate investment company that he joined from Wachovia Securities LLC.

At Wachovia Securities LLC he ran the New York office as well as the Institutional Capital Group. He was responsible for origination, structuring, distributing and execution of more than $14 billion in commercial real estate financing and $4 billion in M&A assignments. He also directed more than $50 million in equity investments in real estate private equity companies. Prior to joining Wachovia Securities LLC Mr. Scola was one of the founding executives of Banc of America Securities LLC's CMBS Capital Markets group, which focused on transactions in excess of $50 million. Mr. Scola was responsible for the development of much of the group's infrastructure, including the creation of Banc of America Securities' depositor, where he served on the Board of Directors. Mr. Scola was responsible for all aspects of the securitization process, including interfacing with rating agencies and facilitating investment grade and high yield distribution. Mr. Scola was also directly responsible for the origination of more than $7 billion of transaction and was one of the group's top originators.

Mr. Scola previously held positions at Fitch (formerly Duff and Phelps), where he joined from NationsBank where Mr. Scola was an associate. Mr. Scola is a graduate of American University in Washington DC where he received a degree in International Business and Finance.
